If I have proof I voted him out, physical proof of said vote. And I have physical / digital proof of my vote being stolen on national television, via CNN, taking away from one count, and adding to another, making the 31.1% drop in front of your eyes to 29.1% …which is impossible. ( they did this in 2020 there is video proof also ) I want to just citizen arrest for theft my personal belonging… officially signed with my personal written signature. I own what I saw get taken. I don’t care if their dangerous games I’ve seen them. But is this a legit reason to arrest the Gov.? A felon.

Judges are forever. It will take at least three decades to oust all the bad judges.
If strict laws are enacted, say 50 years in prison and $5,000,000. in fines, the judges might be scared straight!
We'd need enough good judges in that would be willing to prosecute the bad judges. I don't see that happening in the current system. It is my opinion that the only lawyers who are appointed to be judges are the ones who have proven to be lapdogs for "the system."
However, there IS wriggle room where we the people can take control. In CA, state level judges are technically elected. However, most judges retire in a non-election year, and the governor picks the replacement. The replacement serves out the retired judge's term (I believe it is a six-year term). Once someone has been a sitting judge, they almost always easily win the election. So there is a way to fix the system IF we can get a slew of people to vote for outside candidates AND we fix election rigging.

I just finished up over four years of litigation against a State of California agency.
First of all, there is a CA law that requires you to try every single bureaucratic avenue for resolution before you can legally file a lawsuit against the state. The required bureaucracy takes years in and of itself.
I wound up representing myself as my own lawyer because every lawyer that I talked to told me it would cost a ton of money (quotes ranged from $100k to $800k), and that I was guaranteed to lose because no judge employed by the State of California will rule against their employer.
The Attorney General's office repeatedly lied to the judge and grossly misrepresented what the laws say. The CA State employees committed multiple counts of perjury. The agency improperly redacted documents to hide evidence. The State of CA retaliatory harassed me and my husband while the case was going on.
I submitted hard proof of bona-fide criminal activity by the State of CA. The judge threw out all my evidence because I forgot a table of contents. He would not allow me to submit a table of contents. He then ruled against me because I had no evidence to support my allegations.
The whole system is set up to protect itself. I think there are other tactics that would more effective than a lawsuit. I view the corrupt system as a fortress with a giant wall. Every one of us who is fighting the system is hitting the wall with a sledge hammer. Every time we try a tactic, even if we lose, it is a hit that weakens the wall. It is only a matter of time before the wall is so weak that it collapses. The more of us who hit at the wall, the faster it will collapse. So, please, I beg of you to try SOMETHING. While a lawsuit isn't viable, you can find something to try! And don't be afraid to try and fail. It is still a hit against the fortress wall with your sledgehammer!

It’s not a lawsuit though. Why can’t OP just arrest the guy and bring him to a military tribunal?
I was working under the assumption he'd be going through the CA court system for a conviction. It didn't occur to me that he may try to go through the military. He would still need the military to agree to proceed with a military tribunal.
I highly doubt the military would proceed on such shaky evidence. Remember, for criminal conviction, it has to be beyond a shadow of a doubt of conviction, the kind of forensic evidence that 2,000 mules put out. My point was that even though the legal system isn't the right avenue, there are other avenues out there and he should try to pursue an avenue that is more likely to succeed.
You need to ask Rudy Giuliani this question and/or talk to Devin Nunes and Kash Patel. They would be more likely to tell you how to go about it.
I would recommend a legal sute against over citizen's arrest. Make i t class action and get more of the public involved.

You had better make damn sure your ducks are in a row, if you are going to do it, else you can be held legally liable and prosecuted.
The court system has to back you in order for this to work. In my own court case, I had hard proof of criminal activity being perpetrated by CA employees. I re-submitted the records that the government agency had submitted to the court where I pointed out all the accounting fraud. As we all saw with the many lawsuits back in late 2020 and early 2021 regarding the very obvious election rigging, even if someone can document the criminal activity beyond a shadow of a doubt, it won't matter if the judge refuses to acknowledge the evidence or even take the case.
To do these kinds of actions, first and foremost you have to understand the common law front and back and be able to see through all the deceptions they throw in your way by the cops, the judges etc. We dont have constitutional courts to back you up, so you need to be able to defeat them in their own game.

No, not for election rigging. You cannot show evidence that directly ties the gov. to physically committing any crime. Just because someone rigged an election, it doesn't necessarily mean that it is the governor who committed the crime. Evidence has to be more than circumstantial.
Newsom should already be in prison for his mishandling of a plandemic. Be careful if you do a citizens arrest he currently has covid wouldn't want you to get cooties from him.
