No I think the angle presented here is that the case didn't need to be presented to win a guilty verdict, to the contrary, a guilty verdict could've given Hilldawg a possible defense in any future case. It needed to be presented to enter evidence into the record that could be used in other and future cases built upon smaller cases, guided by the Q post(s) in reference to building foundations and entering evidence in the right way. Some of this is from other posts I've reas here recently. Not my take necessarily, just my summary. My take is, there's surely a force of evil out there, I hope to hell there's an equal or greater force for good.
