Watching that video I kept hearing IPOT's voice saying in that falsetto voice, "I hereby touch the Royal Blue Ball, and thereby ignite the LED strand of DNA, which in turn ignites the... the um.... whatever that is out there, it's rah-ther hard to see at that distance...."
