„The Seznam Zpráv case: detectives warned in time that Prague was the centre of a business with infants "made to order" and that action had to be taken. Yet there was no law to ban it.

Three years ago, Czech detectives stumbled upon a case they had never had before: the "sale" of babies that surrogate mothers, poor Ukrainians, were taking on contract to foreign customers.

Seznam Zprávy on Wednesday extensively described the consequence of this business: foreigners, exclusively homosexual couples or single men, are buying children in Prague in this way, completely outside the control of the authorities or the courts.“ [...]
