Either they are in control and Q really is a psyop.
Or they are not in control.
Or they use it as a way to track people and see what people are thinking.
Or they think the commimuty is so small that its not worth the trouble.
Lots of possibilities. Too many to use as proof one or the other is in control.
Given the way they went after the Citibank manager who ran one of the sites, I'd say they very much have it in their interest to delete the sites. If they could. But they can't.
