Even the simple act of changing how we view things can make all the difference. Every single regulation against guns is NOT well regulated and as such every gun law is not a law, but an infringement and as such must all be abolished. But first we need to start calling them what they are: infringements.

In a similar vein, there are no such things as "hate crimes". Hate is a motive used in establishing guilt of a crime, in a courtroom. A motive is not a crime.
Start with getting rid any kind of registration. The government should assume every citizen is armed.
Then, ccw permits and border restrictions must cease.
Oh I forgot, outlaw pharmaceutical psychotropics period. All of it, and the ritilen etc.
You lost me at the support for having government forcibly ban something it deems dangerous -- which is exactly what "gun control" is all about.
Get government OUT of the racket of using Big Men With Guns to "protect" us from our own choices. Civil society (if we ever have one) will do the job for real instead of just making things worse in nearly every instance. See UL (a non-profit, non-government group founded 1894 to regulate those dangerous newfangled electrical appliances and more) for an example of how actual (i.e., non-government) regulation functions to the benefit of consumers, manufacturers, and everyone else involved in a given area instead of quickly becoming a corrupt mess that raises prices, reduces safety, and benefits the rich at everyone else's expense like, say, the FDA.
Note: over past 120+ years, UL has become entwined with government, but still functions far better than any government agency I'm aware of.
"Remove the right to self-defence"
"Make it illegal to defend yourself"
"Take away the human right to self defence"
What he has wrong, as do most other Americans, is that there is no such thing as 2nd Amendment Rights. Nor are there Constitutional Rights.
This distinction is critical to understand.
Another point is to really push the fact that there is no expectation of the police to protect citizens they do not have to protect you or your kids and it has been ruled in court many many times. So if the people with guns are not required to protect you then who's gonna who's going to protect us that's literally why we have self defense and the 2nd amendment partially.
I like this, and will use this approach. Never thought of it this way. It's good.
