It is already overturned. Because the supreme law of the land is the constitution, not the supreme court. And it is quite clear what "shall not be infringed" means.

The supremes can RECOGNIZE the overturning.

Or they can pretend it is a real law.

In which case, if the shooting starts, the supremes get lined up against the wall.
