The Constitution is just a contract between the states/people and the federal systemc indicating exactly what they can qand cannot do. The Federal (corporate) system has overstepped their authority in so many ways but the states won't do anything about it because of the Federal revenue sharing. States would lose a ton of money.
If you look up the meaning of Federal in an old dictionary it actually means contract. As long as we continue to consent they will continue to breach the contract.

Yeah I get it. The South tried to do a lot of based things back then and failed. The North had too much money and were far more industrialized so they won those battles. Even in the Civil War the south should have won and been allowed to secede. I am all for states being states and the feds being severly neutered.
