I’ve started myself on a Z pack antibiotic, ivermectin, and hydroxychloroquine (stuff I’ve bought over the past year for when the SHTF). I’m also taking zinc with quercetin and vitamin C. My head is pounding and I’ve got a fever since Wednesday that I can get under 100 with the help of round the clock ibuprofen and Tylenol. Without that it shoots up to over 102. My joints ache. Tons of fatigue. The scary part is I just started with some shortness of breath. I’m a 56 yo female. I found four ticks on me last week after walking a property with a client (I’m a realtor). I thought I’d start feeling better by now. Any other suggestions on what I should be doing? I’ve been to doctors lately with my daughter and they all seem still so stupid about covid, pushing vax and masks. I had covid back in December so I can see them thinking this is what I have. I will refuse a test but last time I did that when I took my daughter in for a mono test they would not proceed until they tested her. We left without a test. I’m not vaxed. Thank you everyone. Prayers appreciated.
Is there a doctor in the house? I think I have Lymes disease but I’m afraid to see a doctor.

I'd go to the ER if I were you. I had a tick bite a couple months ago, but it healed after two weeks. It sounds like you definitely shouldn't be treating this on your own. Even temporarily wearing a mask if it's required to see a doc and get diagnosed would be worth it if you ask me.
Going to the ER for a virus is not financially smart and will waste your time. The ER has to keep their patients for a minimum of 4 hours so they can bill your insurance astronomically. Urgent care will get u in for a fraction of time and cost and you will most likely get better care than from an ER.
That..explains a lot.
I would look them up online first. If it is a good urgent care then yes - you are absolutely better off going there. Unfortunately some of them are glorified drug testing facilities for employers. They specialize in pee tests. They say they do other stuff but typically they will see you, do the normal stuff, and then say you need to go to the ER because they don't have the equipment/specialists/drugs/ability to help you. Then you just spent unnecessary money. Some urgent care facilities don't even have simple x-rays.
I know this because the last time I went to an UC I had pneumonia. I knew I had it, I've had it dozens of times including 4 hospitalizations. I told them I had pneumonia and the antibiotics they always give me to get rid of it. I told them they always have to confirm it with a chest x-ray because sometimes they can't tell just by using a stethoscope. They called me back, did the exam, and said I have to get a chest x-ray and they don't have an x-ray machine so I had to go to ER. They still billed me - I should've sued them for not telling me from the start they had no x-ray. Be aware.
