What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
I just made some eggrolls with smoked sausage (grilled yesterday) and they are quite decent! Of course they'd've been better fried than baked, but the flavor and texture aren't bad at all. I love fried food, but baked is healthier. Sigh.
What about an air fryer?
We don't eat too much food that needs frying. We have thought about those, though.
They have air frying ovens that also broil, bake, toast, etc. They're a decent size and are super handy and make things quickly since it has to heat up a small space vs a large oven. Probably more energy efficient as well.
Air fryer is great for crisping stuff up. Leftovers, pizza, zucchini slices, tater tots, and much more. Perfect for bacon, too!
