I filed a similar request for Irma Garcia, the other teacher that supposedly died and who's husband supposedly died from a heart attack shortly after. I'm still waiting on that one.
One thing is for certain: As of July 09, 2022 the state of Texas has no record of Eva Mireles dying on the day of the "shooting".
By law, it's ten days from date of death to report. The state searched until June 9th. So, they would have had to be assessed a criminal fine for failure to comply.
Sad to say, doesn't mean it was done on time, or they will be fined for the delay. Not many let it slide that bad, but there is still that friend that works at the state dept. Who is good friends with the county assessor whose kid goes to preschool with their granddaughter who knows the filing clerk, who says it's no big deal as long as they get it in.....
Envelope and front page for proof here

You sir... are an ass kicker. Thank you.
My only concern is could it take many weeks for the official record of death to be recorded at the State House?
