The existence of US Congressional/internationally funded Biolabs in Ukraine (and around the world), researching and developing pathogens and viruses, biting insect, bat, and monkey delivery, human genetic engineering, and associated biological outbreaks in Ukraine and elsewhere (as happened in Wuhan) are well documented. As of 2018 there were 11 known bio-laboratories located in Ukraine (map image below), in 2015 there were 39.

Congress. Pentagon. CIA. DARPA. CDC. Private Contractors.

Deeply sourced/hyperlinked investigative journalist pieces from Bulgarian journalist/researcher Dilyana Gaytandzhieva linked below (dilyana.bg) are crucial:

"Besides gene editing in insects and in the viruses they transmit, the Pentagon wants to engineer humans as well. DARPA Advanced Tools for Mammalian Genome Engineering Project seeks to create a biological platform inside the human body, using it to deliver new genetic information, and thus altering humans at the DNA level.

DARPA wants to insert an additional 47th artificial chromosome into human cells. This chromosome will deliver new genes that will be used for engineering the human body. SynPloid Biotek LLC has been awarded two contracts under the program totaling $1.1 million (2015-2016 – $ 100,600 for the first phase of the research; 2015-2017 – $ 999,300 for work which is not specified in the federal contracts registry. The company has only two employees and no previous record on bio-research."

"Biowarfare scientists using diplomatic cover test man-made viruses at Pentagon bio laboratories in 25 countries across the world. These US bio-laboratories are funded by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) under a $ 2.1 billion military program– Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP), and are located in former Soviet Union countries such as Georgia and Ukraine, the Middle East, South East Asia and Africa."

Per the 2015 Congressional Research Services Report, the Evolution of Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR): Issues for Congress, appears to corroborate these bio-laboratories and gain-of-function interests.

"The CTR program has built a secure Central Reference Laboratories (CRL) for pathogen collections in Ukraine and Kazakhstan, and is constructing a CRL in Azerbaijan. Currently, the CTR program has completed upgrades at 39 “Secured Labs” in Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. DOD continues to support upgrades and training at these facilities."

read through it earlier. normies don't trust Russia enough to hear it from them. Add this to the expanding list of reasons 98% of government should be arrested for treason. along the way people wake up and eventually after every promising angle is blocked and the people are maximally aware of what is going on - the military is the only way.

OGpat 13 points ago +13 / -0

Nice dig. Who’s military is the question.

SpeaQeasy 10 points ago +10 / -0

my guess this far is our national guard in 12 major liberal sanctuary cities where they try to activate antifa/ms-13/isis/blm/ recent illegal immigrants, recent Afghanistani "refugees" etc..

VetforTrump 3 points ago +3 / -0

Can u name the 12 liberal cities?

Burritoes4everyone 1 point ago +1 / -0

Los Angeles, Oakland, Portland, Seattle, Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, New York, Baltimore, Atlanta, Austin, Dallas.

Just a guess.

Makes you wonder why those mosquitoes were really released in Ca. and Florida.

Trump4evergirl 9 points ago +9 / -0

I’ve been worried about the bugs that were released.

PepeSee 7 points ago +7 / -0

Absolutely, very.

GoGoOptomistic 6 points ago +6 / -0

My thoughts as well ...

ditzee58 5 points ago +5 / -0

And those are the ones we know about - not hard to imagine them being released everywhere.

Saw a wasp so large that I thought it was a hummingbird - my mind went straight to Gates, lol. First time in 64 years that I saw one that large.

74nooffub 3 points ago +3 / -0

I noticed they live through the -40° winters here more often, too. Not sure what could cause that...

They... want to give everybody Downs?

Glooptygloop 6 points ago +6 / -0

Would make everybody happier and more docile, generally speaking.

That would be an interesting X-man.

Next from Marvel Comics, introducing the new superhero: Potato-boy.

So there are 46 US funded labs in Ukraine. I want to know if there were Americans within those labs. If yes, wouldn't you think that one of those scientists would be willing to talk to James O'keefe? Just one? It's almost like verifying a Bigfoot sighting. "We know they are out there, we just cannot get any good clear pics."

Anybody have speculation on the nationality of the folks within those labs? Certainly they cannot all be Ukrainians, there has to be differing countries represented.

Bedminster 14 points ago +14 / -0

I'm sure there are whistle blowers but this goes way beyond O'Keefe and PV. This kind of whistle blowing is what could start a world war (the shooting kind). I would suspect Russia got a LOT of intel from the pit in Ukraine as well and along with that intel a load of technical people from various NATO countries including the US, and NATO solders who were working with Ukriane's AZOV's to protect the labs. I would also suspect they're sharing everything with with (trusted) US Military as well thus all of the sudden Russian's in Nicaragua. Nicaragua is no coincidence. They're moving fast on something and that something is going to be bio labs.

Insignificant 6 points ago +6 / -0

Don't forget, it's not just 46 labs, but 46 labs over the past 20 years. Who knows how far back the funding really goes?

brain_dead 4 points ago +4 / -0

Nice info. It's truly worse then the Matrix.

The company's website doesn't tell you much https://synploid.com/

but I found this with a .gov.

Just thought it is interesting how the company's website has nothing.

Find it interesting, 46 labs, 46 human chromosomes, now DARPA wants a 47th chromosome. What's the real message here?

blacksmith21 3 points ago +3 / -0

They've been trying to invent the "super soldier" for a hundred+ years.

ghostsage 4 points ago +4 / -0

Now they are capable. And if they aren't doing it, someone else will be. The ride's going to get a lot more bumpy in the next decade.

SavedbyJCfromMK 2 points ago +2 / -0

Do they have them yet that live "usefully" past 30-35 years?

blacksmith21 1 point ago +1 / -0

Probably not. Planned obsolescence.

VetforTrump 2 points ago +2 / -0

Darpa builds it all. Facebook, Twitter, genome projects etc

Messing with Nature always results in disaster. A parasite has a better understanding of human biology than scientists do.

lthough the JASON Reports are classified, another US Air Force study titled Biotechnology: Genetically Engineered Pathogens, sheds some light on what the secretive JASON group has researched – 5 groups of genetically engineered pathogens that can be used as bio-weapons. These are binary biological weapons (a lethal combination of two viruses), host swapping diseases (animal viruses that “jump” to humans, like the Ebola virus), stealth viruses, and designer diseases. Designer diseases can be engineered to target a certain ethnic group, meaning that they can be used as ethnic bio-weapons.

Holy crap

MEGAMAGAULTRA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Don't you love how they develop a bioweapon. Test it. Find cure, and boom you can literally now call your biolab a "threat reduction" facility, it's just the part about finding a cure that they leave out.

Then the civilian sector absolutely must have it, and of course the military must have it to and boom you have a global wide market in which you control both the supply and the demand. $$$$

stevethefish76 1 point ago +1 / -0

I only wonder how the hell do they find scientists to do this work. How do those job interviews go? "One last question: do you have a human soul? No? OK, the job is yours!"

I was told an interesting story yesterday by a 26 year old male employee of mine. At 9 years old he was taken from his single mother (he doesnt remember why) and placed in Havenwyck Hospital in Auburn Hills Michigan.

There he was given several drugs each day and observed by staff. The observation was in the form of questions about how he was feeling and blood work. He was never told what he was taking or why. His mother fought to regain custody, but he was kept there for over a year until his mother finally won a court case.

Beyond the drugs therapy and the observation, he said all the kids did all day was play video games. No school, no traditional psychiatric counseling. He said he got very little to eat. When I asked him how many other kids were there he said "lots" and that they ranged in age from 5 or 6 to 18.

On some of his paperwork came this disclaimer (I have a copy of this on my phone but Im old and have no clue how to post it):

Physicians are on the medical staff of of Havenwyck Hospital, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees of agents of Havenwyck Hospital. The facility shall not be liable for actions or treatments provided by physicians. Model representations of real patients are shown. Actual patients cannot be divulged due to HIPAA regulations. From wiki:

Tricare (styled TRICARE) is a health care program of the United States Department of Defense Military Health System. Tricare provides civilian health benefits for U.S Armed Forces military personnel, military retirees, and their dependents, including some members of the Reserve Component.

Their website:

I asked if anyone in his family was military and he says he doesnt think so.

This is a nice kid but a very unique personality. He believes he was experimented on without his or his mothers consent.

If anyone wants to dig on the human experimentation aspect of biolabs on the homefront, Havenwyck Hosptial and TRICARE may be a good place to start.

The Wiki info under APPLICATION is most interesting. First paragraph....clot shot cause dystrophin muscle weakness symptoms. Second paragraph.....clot shot has monkey pox (?herpes simplex skin eruptions) occurring.....Third paragraph....clot shot has red blood cell issues including thrombocytopenia (microclotting) etc. Erythropoietin works at the stem cell bone marrow level to stimulate increased RBC production. Just seems like they threw all their "new toys" into the cauldron. Truly this is a giant experiment and "they" DGAF.

**"A 2009 study has shown additional benefits of HACs, namely their ability to stably contain extremely large genomic fragments. Researchers incorporated the 2.4 Mb dystrophin gene, in which a mutation is a key causal element of Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The resulting HAC was mitotically stable, and correctly expressed dystrophin in chimeric mice. Previous attempts at correctly expressing dystrophin have failed. Due to its large size, it has never before been successfully integrated into a vector.[9]

In 2010, a refined human artificial chromosome called 21HAC was reported. 21HAC is based on a stripped copy of human chromosome 21, producing a chromosome 5 Mb in length. Truncation of chromosome 21 resulted in a human artificial chromosome that was mitotically stable. 21HAC was also able to be transferred into cells from a variety of species (mice, chickens, humans). Using 21HAC, researchers were able to insert a herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase coding gene into tumor cells. This "suicide gene" is required to activate many antiviral medications. These targeted tumor cells were successfully, and selectively, terminated by the antiviral drug ganciclovir in a population including healthy cells. This research opens a variety of opportunities for using HACs in gene therapy.[10]

In 2011, researchers formed a human artificial chromosome by truncating chromosome 14. Genetic material was then introduced using the Cre-Lox recombination system. This particular study focused on changes in expression levels by leaving portions of the existing genomic DNA. By leaving existing telomeric and sub-telomeric sequences, researchers were able to amplify expression levels of genes coding for erythropoietin production over 1000-fold. This work also has large gene therapy implications, as erythropoietin controls red blood cell formation.[11]"********

Most government contracts have requests for proposal listed on the SAM.gov website. If you search under US DoD DTRA under the CTRIC II / BTRP program there is information going all the way back to the early 2000s describing the type of work they want government contractors to do. None of it has been edited / taken down. Very data rich info source.

PhDinNY 1 point ago +1 / -0

Would they be able to develop this gene-altering technology in such a way that it could be delivered in "regular" food (GMO food, which seems almost the norm now)? Or would it only be able to be implemented through some kind of injection? Which means, until they are successful in mandatory shots for all people (right now, it's hard for kids to go shot-free), but then, they would probably be happy to just have everyone under 18 genetically altered, so they can follow through with whatever long-rang plans they have.

Anyone remember when Trump was running in 2016 and at one of his rallies held up a piece of paper with what looked to be a DNA sequence?? I’ll never forget that image of him holding that up. I believe it became a Q drop?
