I think Q was or is AI. Elon was talking about AI before 2018 that could be Go. How at first AI is terrible at game play; but the jumps are 1, 10, 1000x better each generation of AI.

AI which might be based on Quantum computing. Which gave them (Trump and MIL) a game plan on how to 'meek' our way through this crisis and topple the cabal.
