My once-in-a-few-years' trip to the dentist was pretty funny, since he clearly had an expectation of poor health when I told him how long it had been since any visit.

The cleaner, too. But the cleaning was very quick and she commented on that, then went to get the dentist earlier than they'd planned.

He took a look around and commented, "you don't drink soda, do you?" Then concluded everything was excellent and he'd see me in a few years, lol. Spouse wasn't so lucky. (Guess who's using fluoride paste and drinks soda?)
