There was many reasons to dew these places. One is Paradise is a red county (suggest you research other places on voter demographics) and a great way to displace voters before elections.

Two is reclaiming the land from homeowners not so much for that rail line con they were running to get free federal funds for money laundering, but there is a ton of gold those homes were sitting on. I would wager that nothing has been rebuilt because either a ‘historical artifact was found’ and now area becomes a dig site or its ‘environmentally hazardous area’ and cant be used anytime soon.

Finally, there is some kind of endangered bird like an owl or something and loggers cant take trees, but after a fire they can!

Lots of reasons, including the satanic sacrifices they scored from the death and destruction of families.
