Things seem to be picking up steam and im just ready for the SHTF!!!!

Live in a very out of the way area. Got hit by Cat converter theives this past weekend. Confronted them, they ran, went inside to call 911, they actually returned - and brazenly finished the job. Was told by responding officer (outstanding in every way, most excellent human being/patriot) to STOCK "EVERYTHING" UP BY SEPTEMBER. Insurance co said of 000's of cat thefts every day, never heard of "coming back" - indicates a ring, leaders are foreign actors. Also never confront - several homicides have resulted. Cams got their faces. Looking for ampad software for license plate forensics to help PD.
