I had a guy threaten me over a stupid raise. I had a hard time finding delivery drivers so he said if you don't double my pay by a certain date he would quit. I said so you're turning in your notice. He also later came to me to lie about his termination so he could get unemployment. I told him NO, and I sent the notice he wrote me to unemployment, he was charged $500 for lying on the reason. He said he got fired. If I had gone along with any of his demands, I would have been fired.
