And another excuse of "ammunition spent".

Maybe it comes into play arguing SCOTUS was compromised by intimidation. Maybe sets more ground work for Devolution.

Temper your expectations. Some of us hoped Biden would be arrested on inauguration day.

Are they issuing opinions tomorrow? If so, would the decision on a Friday be the perfect set up for a bunch of summer of love bs occuring over the weekend?

Who knows, I don't plan to be around any of it anyways. Hoping for the right decision to come out soon, either way.
