I would expect CA and NY (at least) to try to enact new laws to restrict your rights. They would figure it will take a long time for another case to make it through all the corrupt levels of the courts, and SCOTUS might not even take the case - or deny it for standing as they seem to like to do. NY looks like they will try that if the governor gets her way. That will only change when the people have the will to change their representatives.
