The women's camping groups on FB suddenly became the Underground Railroad for abortions. Admins had to shut off posting because the women were offering to go "camping" with women in their "camping safe states". Shouldn't the camping guides be charged with accessory to murder?

Charged where? If they go to a legal state they get around that. But if they are just opening up rogue shops and selling baby parts yes murder and more.
