Hmm, the calendar I see shows today SCOTUS in recess until Oct 3rd. https://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/2021TermCourtCalendar.pdf https://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/2022TermCourtCalendar.pdf

NVM, I see this is an arguments calendar and not an opinion calendar. Leaving it here though if anyone is interested.
