I know it's nefarious because chains refuse to do turkey burgers (even though they're delicious with swiss) but they push this crap
One 4 oz turkey patty can be around 20g of protein, and like 8g of fat plus its white meat and cooks easily (less food poisoning)
Turkey meatloaf in the air fryer is the baum diggity, done in less than 20 minutes too.

We have the Ninja Foodie. No complaints with it after about 6 months.
Any foods that need reheating usually go on it, either on air fry or bake mode. We just sprinkle a little water on any fried foods that need to be reheated and it turns out crispier the when it was fresh.
Turkey Marsala meatballs or Turkey burgers with food processed mushrooms and onions as a filler are some of the other turkey recipes we use.
