Today, the Court strips the Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) of the power Congress gave it to respond to
“the most pressing environmental challenge of our time.”
Massachusetts v. EPA, 549 U. S. 497, 505 (2007).
Time will tell I guess. This is a great start that I'm hoping leads to more, but it did seem a bit narrow. I'm not a lawpede by any means, so I'll let them chime in as they would know better.
