This ruling tells us that theyre overstepping power under the guise of "solving todays energy crisis". Theyre creating legislation based on what they personally think is best, not what congress has specifically authorized them to do. Sound familiar? Cause thats what they do all the time. Now theres precedent to bring it to court.
