My guess is that this morning's call by Biden to get rid of the filibuster has little to do with Roe-v-Wade and everything to do with damage control from the EPA-v-WVA decision. Congress would need to ram through laws that have been dictated by the letter agencies and the only way they'll be able to do that is if they get rid of the filibuster. We'll see.

I would think no, that this case gives precedent for other cases at a lower level.
