I think this is where things are headed eventually. It takes time to minimize the collateral damage. First you rip out the agencies fangs, next a great reduction in size and scope, probably eliminate some entirely and restructure others.

I've always wondered how these people had authority to tell me or anyone else what to do.
They can be advisory to Congress to make a law, but nothing they say or do should have any authority on how we live our lives.
