Both the US Constitution and the NC state constitution.

NC State constitution is meaningless with a 5-4 D majority right now. That’s why the 2 seats in nov are so important.

Lol the NC constitution specifically says the right to conceal carry shall not be justified, yet we have to get a conceal carry permit. NC has a lot of bullshit.
