Wes Moore has a compelling story and he served in the military. He will be hard to beat, no lie. I think Cox's best strategy is to continue engaging with voters statewide in a positive way, and being ready to counter whatever the opposition throws at him. Essentially, the same thing he did against Schultz. He fought back, but managed to do it in a way that he didn't come across as whiny or petty. Here's hoping lightning strikes twice. 🙏
