Obama allowed the MSM to lie with Smith-Mundt act 🚔 Crime & Corruption 💸

In 2012 Obama "modernizes" the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 and thereby legalizes Domestic Propaganda allowing the US Gov to pass off staged drills as real in the MSM. Almost overnight mass "shootings" skyrocket. They choose to be enemies.

I always wondered why Trump didn't reverse this while he was in the white house. If obummer did it he could have reversed it no?
