If that vid is real, then it should also show if someone approached and planted an explosive device.

The vid is at night and simply shows the stones from about 40 feet away, maybe more. Then there is an explosion. I don't have the video analysis equipment to view frame by frame to see if anything enters the screen (like a missle or DEW).
