Go to a gym and lift weights. eat more meat. Even if you don't go low carb and cut out all sugar, etc, you should notice a humongous difference in energy levels very quickly. If you don't have the discipline to do any of that. can't help those that can't help themselves first. do yourself a solid and work on the discipline. I struggle with it in a lot of aspects also
