Hopefully someone takes this opportunity to challenge the NEA and the Department of Education in the courts. There is no "Department of Education" in the constitution, and they should not be allowed to mandate education policies to the individual states. Get that case before the Supreme Court.

Send education responsibilities back to the individual states.

The vast majority of the federal govt and what it does are nowhere in the Constitution.

E.g., there is no national police force mentioned in the document. Bye bye, FBI and CIA.
