From when!? Evaporation doesn’t escape, hence the oceans are not losing anything and they’re loaded with salt. Wouldn’t that be the first sign to solar freaks? Levels are normal / natural. No matter, if there is a drought, oceans will be affected in that region and lose water / lower levels. It would be noticeable. I think the “Area 51” which admits its miles deep as a city basically…and could have only gotten bigger and connected to others…and probably called something else or used as something else, is taking water from Mead, and The Great Salt Lake.
