They all just looked shocked to me.. like what was that. Japanese just thought it sound explosion(Fireworks - smoke) a protest, it did not occur to them that it was a gun, only one person in Japan was shot last year, and very few can buy a gun. American cops are so used to guns, they have to assume everyone is carrying.
