A conspiracy theorist in our midst!! I'm pretty sure Biden is not doing what he is doing to HELP us. He is trying to DESTROY us. And you do not know when an earthquake is going to hit, or even where, unless you have those DEW weapons in your backyard, ready for deployment. Doubt that, too.
