I have NO idea what crack is selling for, but I do wonder (a) how much street value that much crack has, and (b) were any public funds used to purchase the stash?

The Biden Crime Family does not draw distinctions between money from graft and money from tax dollars.... it's all fair game to them. To better understand the Bidens (and the Clintons too), look at the fictional Corleone family of the Godfather movies.
