Most definitely was. Remember when Trump said he was a war-time President? Came off a bit odd at the time as there were no public wars going on. Makes much more sense with everything coming out these past few months.
I was just looking for that link, and he was talking about the release of COVID, prior to the theft of the 2020 election. It doesn’t change the fact that BOTH were an act of war
I believe there's more layers to what was going on.
The lockdown. The purposeful disruption of food and durable goods transport infrastructure (which is still playing out with the coming rail road union strike).
And so much more.
I get the feelz from the pattern developing that what is intended is a global Holodomor.
Back when Trump said that, it was reasoned out that Bush had declared a war on terror and I can’t remember whether Congress backed him officially. That being said, that war was never closed and it brings to mind all the treasonous acts performed by our pols during “wartime”. Think aid and comfort to the enemy, think no-name working with issis etc..

COVID was the cover for the "need" for drop-boxes, mass mail-in ballots and no signature verification so they are part of the same war.
You got it. It's amazing how people seem to forget the COVID/voter fraud connection.

Well he actually was - both Afghanistan and Iraq were still ongoing. He fixed that but there were still combat operations when he was inaugurated.
