"Perfectly healthy" people don't suddenly get sick and die.

They can be poisoned acutely, but chances are these people were very sick already and just never noticed. You'd be amazed at how much people don't notice about their own bodies.

Unless they've been given a biological agent designed to screw up their body and put them at risk. Some survive. Some die. By design. And nobody wants to point at the 'vaccines'.
