We bought a quarter cow last fall, grass fed/grass finished. The best ground beef I’ve ever had 👌

Right? ALL of the meat at my local meat market comes from a small independent farm in the northwest corner of the state and it's absolutely delicious.

Bonus: The people that work there are wonderful and they gave my son his first job while he was in high school. I'll happily pay a little extra for better product and to support good people.
