First it said 0 followers 0 following

I refreshed page it flashed 68.7K Followers 2 Following, then back to 0's. Second time I refreshed then it stayed on 68.7K Followers 2 Following.

The 2 he's following is Devin Nunes & Donald J. Trump.

Ok just refreshed a 3rd time and followers & following is back to 0's.

WTH is going on with that page?
