Probably good that states did not provide personal information on their state citizens. However, this would also make it impossible to analyze voter fraud.

As for the Covid Task Force, I personally believe that Trump knew what was up. He knew this was the "October Surprise" coming in January. My belief is that he put Pence, Fauci, Birx and all the rest on center stage nearly every single day, so they could OWN the whole diabolical thing.
