Trials should be based on evidence, not merely something someone said. Is there video, was she raped? If she was "employed" and was getting paid - then she was a prostitute and he was nothing more than a client.
This happens in every city, in every state and country around the world. Is it right? nope.
The Gov't handling of this case, should be treated with felony convictions and charges of treason - for the FBI has used their authority to cease recordings from Epstein's estates - yet not a single arrest is being made. For all we know, the FBI "lost" (ie. destroyed) all the evidence.
All we have is ONE woman (out of hundreds?) that is now charging high profile men, decades after an alleged consensual sex act; claiming she didn't really want to do this. No evidence being provided - just her "good word" against some old white guy. She may be 100% honest, but without supportive evidence - how does one prove innocence?
The same modus operandi was at work with these girls/women to get them on that island, coercion and force. I have yet to hear about anyone who was abused on epsteins island ever receiving monetary compensation. In which case that would be contrary to the idea these girls were prostitutes. Being told you can keep living in exchange for being raped is not payment for services. We know celebs that have been there weren't going for lessons on snorkeling or sport fishing.
Let's be honest here, who wants to talk about an event that happened to them so terrible like this to the world? The only reason to do so is for some kind of justice. Also for so many women to come forth, with no collaboration to say the same or similar things should give one pause that they experienced the same thing.
If Derschowitz was Epsteins legal counsel of any sort, he could have done it from ANYWHERE ELSE to avoid the appearance of being there, phone, video conference, anything else which tells you he chose to be there, just like all the rest of those sick bastards.
No question that these are sick bastards. But we also see that Virginia is shown outside of Epstein Island, in various pictures. And I have no doubt that the video files that are allegedly in the hands of the FBI, will prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that abuse happened; and potentially much worse.
But without tangible proof - all we have are allegations.
Anyone who played in a Rock band, knows that girls will do quite a bit, to hang out with celebrities, if they get to go to parties, free food, drink and are entertained. Epstein had the tropical island, money, jet airlines, met movie stars, and lived a very rich lifestyle. Finding young women to follow him and have sex, in exchange for enjoying this lifestyle, is not beyond imagination.
There are pics of these women out there for certain, I would also bet those pictures were never meant for public viewing, I have my doubts they had free range like Rachel Chandler. We also need to factor in being drugged, boozed, and threatened continually. People need to stop looking at these girls as though they are escorts who can go back home to their cat, after a nights "service". These women were slaves. Sorry, I do not buy the rock groupie classification in this regard, I known girls who were like that, but this situation is completely different as this started with coerced teenagers who became women during their captivity, not grown adult women who made a conscientious choice .
