A person trying to enter my domicile without my permission (whether the government said they could or not) will be shown the true meaning of 'no quarter'.

It sounds like it should, although the Amendment specifically says "soldier" rather than citizen or or alien or whatever.

It still should apply, although it may have to be interpreted by the Supreme Court.
