That picture was posted on Nov 3rd, then deleted and cropped and reposted within minutes. The reason it was deleted is because of what was handwritten on the paper in front of POTUS. On the paper is handwritten "True the Vote" and "Catherine Engelbrecht." Which means Catherine and Greg were part of the sting operations.
