Interesting how Q's view on the Truth shifts over time from stating that a large part of the Truth must be hidden to avoid utter chaos, to a more positive view that the Truth can be used as a tool to unite the world.

I wonder if this had to do with the Q audience shifting from a small group on 4chan to the entire world.
