This may be a question of how quickly one finds out the truth. As anons, we've been ferreting out the truth a little bit at a time over a long period of time. We've had a chance to mentally toughen up. I don't think there'd be a whole lot left that would truly shock us, as we've researched and put up for consideration a lot of really twisted, scary, and flat-out evil stuff. Now, I'm not saying we might not be surprised by some things -- this is to be expected, as we don't know the whole story. I'm just saying it's not going to send us completely off the deep end.

On the other hand, if you were a normie that was totally oblivious to what's been going on and someone suddenly dumped the whole sordid truth in your lap all at once, then yeah, I can see people going nuts trying to process it all.
