Even the Arizona Republic couldn't spin this. They had a picture of Pence & friends and described Trump's rally as "raucous," but didn't try the BS photo tricks or mention numbers. Instead they had a front page story in the print edition about Lake Mead, which hardly qualifies as a river anymore (no sign of any holes at the bottom) and that may be the segue.
