It's funny, if you just invert their chart, you see what a real diet looks like for the most part. I pretty much only eat meats, fish, eggs, cheese, and milk every single day and I've never been better.
I will eat my monthly salad to get some greens in my system, but that's about it. Never eat a steak beyond rare/med-rare...anything else you're killing all the good stuff.
Everyone is different of course, but it's served me very well in my life.
Oh baby. Anything cooked in bacon fat is INCREDIBLE. Favorite breakfast: fry up some bacon, then put aside some of the grease for later. Use the bit in the pan to oil it for pancakes and eggs, eat all of it together with a liberal dollop of real maple syrup. YUM

Go for dark leafy greens - spinach and arugula.
Throw some olive oil, feta cheese, brocooli, cucumber, and salmon on it, and you're probably going to feel awesome afterwards.
Seed oils are actually being shown to have highly inflammatory properties. Use beef tallow instead.
