I just checked and I have 3 $100 bills signed by Janet yellen. They are all ”series 2013" but maybe that refers to the design. Definitely signed by yellen.

She was fed chair before not treasury secretary. The signature is for Treasury secretary.

Can't right now but 3/4 bills in my wallet have her signature. I don't think the bills have printing dates - I couldn't find any date - so that's not a relevant issue.
