Our power bills already nearly doubled & climbing. I can't cool down over it, because my fury may be my only source of heat this winter.

And because of the monopoly it's not like we can say " We don't like your services. We're gonna choose your competitor instead ".

Just because there aren't explosions and fires doesn't mean it's not terrorism.
